Special Notice for JDSA Attendees
Registration for the 17th FADAS includes complimentary access to the 54th Annual Meeting of the JDSA. Similarly, participants registered for the 54th JDSA are granted full access to the 17th FADAS.
A single registration fee covers participation in both conferences; there is no need to register or pay for each separately.

Foreign Participants
The 17th Annual Meeting of the Federation of Asian Dental Anesthesiology Societies (FADAS) and the 54th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Dental Society of Anesthesiology (JDSA) will be held on-site. Select programs will also be available for on-demand viewing after the conference.
Registration and Payment Guidelines
All participants are strongly encouraged to complete their online registration prior to the conference.
- If you have already registered for the 54th JDSA, no further registration is required for FADAS.
- For FADAS-only registrants, payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) and is accepted strictly by credit card via the online registration system.
- Please note that on-site registration also requires credit card payment. Cash payments will not be accepted on-site.
Items included in the registration fees
- On-site attendance to all scientific programs (including the 54th JDSA)
- Admission to the exhibition hall
- Access to on-demand session recordings after the conference

- Early Bird Registration: Monday, June 1, 0:00 JST – Monday, August 31, 23:55 JST
- Standard/On-site Registration:
Tuesday, September 1, 0:00 JST – Sunday, October 11, 12:00 JST
On-demand Delivery (Tentative)
Selected programs will be available for on-demand viewing after the conference.
- Streaming Period: November 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026 (tentative)
- Further details regarding the viewing method and the list of available programs will be announced later.
The 54th JDSA & 17th FADAS Joint Party and Awards Ceremony
Please apply and complete payment for the Joint Party through the online registration system.
- Note: You must be registered for the main conference to attend the Joint Party.
- Date and Time: Saturday, October 10, 2026, 18:30–20:30 (tentative)
- Venue: Hotel Metropolitan Morioka, Main Building 4F, "Iwate Himegami"
- Participation Fee: JPY 7,000 (Early Bird) / JPY 8,000 (Standard)
*The fee is the same for both members and non-members.
*Registration will close once capacity is reached.
After-Party for FADAS Participants
Following the Welcome Party & Best Presentation Awards ceremony, an after-party will be held at a local bar for FADAS participants to network and relax.

FADAS Excursion: World Heritage Site "Chusonji Temple"
We are pleased to offer a bus tour to Chusonji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Hiraizumi, for FADAS participants.
- Highlight: The Konjikido (Golden Hall)
The tour features a visit to the Konjikido, a spectacular hall established in 1124. As one of Japan's most precious national treasures, the entire structure is covered in gold leaf and decorated with intricate mother-of-pearl inlay, representing the "Pure Land" (Buddhist paradise) on earth. - Date: Sunday, October 11, 2026
- Schedule:
12:00 – Departure from the Venue (Morioka)
18:00 – Return to Morioka Station - Destination: Chusonji Temple (Hiraizumi)
